Elena Mary, founder of Body Soul Alignment, is a multidimensional healer with a 20-year career in nursing who journeyed from burnout through a spiritual awakening to empowerment.
As a child, Elena received what she describes as a divine message that one day she would be called to write a book. Decades later, inspired by the transformational journeys of her patients and her own experiences, the healing abilities she’d been hiding and the call to write couldn’t be ignored any longer.

Creation through community
Elena launched a successful Crowdfunder campaign to support her writing it, and which led to other practical professional ways to bring it fully into the world.
She surrounded the project with trusted collaborators who she knew would help bring her message into the world without changing what made it hers.
A message worth protecting
Elena had never thought of herself as a writer. She describes the experience of writing as feeling as though her soul was writing the book. The book carries years of personal insight, spiritual exploration and lived experience.
Sharing something that felt so deeply personal with someone else required enormous trust.
