Tarot & oracle deck proofreading

Your cards tell a story.

Let’s keep your readers captivated.

You didn’t design a document. You created a world.

Tarot and oracle decks aren’t just artwork and answers.

Pretty pictures and a guidebook? They ain’t.

They’re what happens when an idea yanks you by the hoodie and refuses to let go until you’ve wrangled your loop-the-loop of lived experience into something people can shuffle to navigate their own real-world waltzer.

That’s a hell of a lot to jam into a potent package more petite than a pain au chocolat.

I make sure all those details you’ve carefully combined work together so your readers tune into their intuition, not the inconsistencies.

Tarot and oracle deck proofreading starts from £300.

What I review (and might find…)

Card & guidebook alignment
The guidebook sends readers to Card 27. There is no Card 27. That was cut moons ago when the design fitted but the message wasn’t powerful enough.

Language
The guidebook describes a golden fern that glows. Or does it grow? One word changes the entire imagery.

Consistency
All card name capitalisations are the same across the deck, guidebook, spreads and any accompanying materials.

Content
The spread instructions mention a downloadable companion worksheet, but the exclusive bonus link doesn’t exist.

Reader experience
A card spread instruction can be interpreted in two completely different ways because accidental punctuation made its way in. (You didn’t intentionally invite that party pooper.)

Proofreading
Everything included in my standard proofreading service.

Why it matters

Your readers aren’t flicking through your guidebook like there’s only last week’s Bella in the hairdresser’s.

They’ve asked a question, shuffled with purpose and pulled their cards. This is an intentional date with their intuition. A little flirt with fortune.

So when a typo, contradicting symbol or iffy page reference shows up, their focus shifts from intuitive to analytical.

The magic?

Gone quicker than a first date after you whip out your human design app.

That’s not why you created this world.

You created it for clarity, not confusion.

What you’ll get…

A reviewed document showing suggested amendments for errors and inconsistencies.

Comments highlighting queries, potential issues and anything that needs your attention.

A style sheet recording editorial decisions for consistency throughout your document and future content.

A final review from someone looking for the details you’ve stopped noticing.

You’ve created a world that can be shuffled in the palm of your hand. That’s some wow.

I make sure the details work together so your readers tune into their intuition, not the inconsistencies.
